Core Technical Adaptation

For non-standard track gauges, our approach goes beyond simple "narrowing" or "widening." We perform a deep structural reconfiguration based on vehicle dynamics and structural integrity:

Modular Variable-Width Frame:Utilizing high-strength alloy steel welded frames with a modular design, the main chassis can flexibly adapt to various gauges from 500mm to 1,067mm while ensuring that impact resistance remains uncompromised.

Customized Wheelsets & Axles:

For Ultra-Narrow Gauges (e.g., below 600mm): We optimize motor layouts (such as diagonal or vertical configurations) to solve heat dissipation and maintenance challenges within confined spaces.

For Wide Gauges (e.g., above 914mm): We enhance the axial stiffness of the wheelsets to ensure driving stability under heavy loads.

Center of Gravity & Stability Optimization: Through Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations, we recalibrate the distribution of battery packs or counterweights. This ensures superior navigability on non-standard tracks, particularly enhancing anti-derailment performance on small-radius curves.

Value Proposition

Elimination of Infrastructure Retrofitting:Customers can utilize existing track facilities, significantly reducing the costs of digital and automated mine upgrades.

Zero Compromise on Performance:Even on ultra-narrow gauges, our vehicles maintain the same Tractive Effort and range as standard models.

Global Compatibility:We offer proven delivery cases for specialized track standards across Central Asia, South America, and Africa.
